The third principle of the Talented Students Sponsorship (TSS) Program is “Giving Back to the Society.” The program encourages students to remember their roots and recognize that the opportunities they receive are made possible through the collective support of society.

Students are motivated to give back in various ways after achieving stability in their careers. This may include mentoring junior students, participating in social initiatives, volunteering in community development activities, or even becoming sponsors for future students. By doing so, they help create a cycle of empowerment, where beneficiaries of today become supporters of tomorrow.

This principle ensures that the impact of the program extends far beyond individual success. Instead of benefiting only a limited number of students, the program gradually builds a network of socially responsible professionals who continue to uplift others in need. Over time, this creates a sustainable model of educational support and social transformation.
