I am Somdatta Paria. I come from Dakshin Kashinagar village in the district of 24 Paraganas in West Bengal. There I live with my parents and other family members. I am currently studying in Lady Brabourne College with BSc Chemistry Hons, 1st year. My father Kamalesh Paria is a farmer and my mother Tapasi Paria is a housewife. My parents encourage me to study well. Being a farmer it is very difficult to manage all expenses including household. At present my educational expenses is Rs- 60000/ including accommodation. In this condition I really want a scholarship to support my higher studies. As a response, I submitted an application to Mukti. After interview process I got selected by YCPL/VIVO. I really thankful to them. |
